  Overview
Catching on one knee is the lastest catching technique being used at all levels. Although it limits your range slighly, it saves your legs, makes pitches easier to receive and block, and decreases your pop time.

This set of drills can be used to teach the one knee catching method.

There are four categories of drills:
  • Receiving
  • Blocking
  • Throwing
  • Other
To select a drill, click on any drill in the menu on the left.
Some drills have video demonstrations.
